Use
Add 25g of burger and sausage mix to 1kg minced burger or sausage meat. Mix well and divide evenly to form round and thick burgers. Or put the meat in a sausage maker with your preferred sausage casing, and shape your sausages into the desired size. Put the burgers or sausages on the grill and cook to pefection.
Storage advice
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid using over steaming pots.
