Use
Sprinkle generously over beef, fish or seafood before putting it on the grill or barbecue. Or use the rub to make a traditional Chimichurri sauce by adding some olive oil and lemon juice or red wine vinegar. Delicious to drizzle over a perfectly grilled steak.
Storage advise
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid using over steaming pots.
