Enjoy this hearty winter stew that originates from the traditional Polish dish Bigos. An easy to prepare herb and spice mix to create delicious winter stews on the BBQ for the colder winter season. Or in the pan or stove, of course. Simply season the game meat, add shredded cabbage or sauerkraut if you like. Place it in a cast-iron pan on the barbecue and let it stew gently. Dosage: use about 20 grams per kilo of meat.
